Administrative / Office Assistant - Seasonal / Part-time

SUMMARY:
The major responsibility is generating invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner. Addtionally, the position requires weekly account coding of invoices. The Administrative/Office Assistant position will report to the General Manager and Security Manager, and assist both as directed. The Administrative/Office Assistant position is also responsible for coordinting and disseminating information between offices. Answering phones and responding to inquiries via emails and filing as needed.
 
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Seasonal employment: Mid-April thru September with some trainings in April
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUE THE FOLLOWING:
- Office duties as assigned
- Invoicing and account coding
- Ability to learn:
    - Badging equipment operations
    - Radio communication
    - Camera surveillance system
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Fast pace administrative experience preferred
- Proficency in MS Excel a must
- Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office programs required
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Quick learner and dependable
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/SPECIFICS:
- Commitment for entire season required (May - September, some trainings in April)

Part-time/Seasonal
$15.50/hour ($15.00/hour with $0.50/hour retaining bonus)
