Administrative / Office Assistant - Summer/Seasonal

SUMMARY:
The major responsibility is generating invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner. Additionally, the position requires weekly account coding of invoices. The Administrative/Office Assistant position will report to the General Manager and Security Manager, and assist both as directed. The Administrative/Office Assistant position is also responsible for coordinating and disseminating information between offices. Answering phones and responding to inquiries via emails and filing as needed.
 
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Seasonal employment: Mid-April through early October with some training in early April
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 4:30pm
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Office duties as assigned
- Invoicing and account coding
- Ability to learn:
    - Badging equipment operations
    - Radio communication
    - Camera surveillance system
 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Fast pace administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel a must
- Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office programs required
- Accounting knowledge preferred
- Quick learner and dependable
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/SPECIFICS:
- Commitment for entire season required (Mid-April - early October, some training in early April)
 
TYPE/PAY:

- $16.00/hour ($15.50 with $0.50/hour retaining bonus)
