If you are a vendor, provisioner, repair contractor or anyone else who has a business need to be on dock or on board the cruise ship, please contact the appropriate port agency or cruise line corporate offices.
Vendor Information (Pier 66)Vendors, service technicians, repair contractors, etc, visiting vessels at the Bell Street Pier Cruise Terminal are to check-in at the South Gate Security Checkpoint located between the cruise terminal and Bell Harbor Marina. A valid form of photo identification must be presented and checked against an authorized vendor access list. Vessel access is not normally provided before 7:30 AM. Delivery information for both cruise terminals
Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth delivery process.
Vendors and provisioners who require delivery access to the dock must submit the following information to the vessel port agent prior to day of arrival:
- Full name and date of birth of delivery driver
- Driver's license number
- Seal number on back of trailer
- Trailer number
- Truck license plate number
- Estimated time of arrival
- All drivers must have a valid TWIC card in order to gain access to the dock. Drivers without a TWIC card will be denied access. Please visit the TWIC website for more information.
- All riders must wait outside the delivery point. A second driver is allowed so long as the above information is submitted in advance.
- All drivers must wear a highly reflective safety vest at all times while on dock.
- All morning deliveries are to report to the Pier 91 truck staging area regardless of delivery destination and check in with security. Trucks will be dispatched in an order based on individual vessel loading plan.
- Trucks may stage as early as 6:00 AM on day of arrival, but no dispatching will occur before 7:00 AM.
Customs Sign Off
Please be advised that the on-duty Customs officers at the cruise facilities DO NOT sign off on deliveries paperwork. To get Customs signatures, please visit the Customs and Border Protection office located on Nevada Street.
